Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using MatnlaAI (the app and this website, together "the Service") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://matnlaai.uz/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MatnlaAI generates subtitles for your videos using AI, and lets you edit, style, translate and export them. Subtitles are produced automatically and may contain mistakes — review them before publishing. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

4. Your content

Your videos, audio and subtitles remain yours. You give us permission to process the audio you submit — including sending it to third-party AI providers — only to generate and translate subtitles for you. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you process and that it does not break the law or the rights of others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for illegal content or to infringe someone's copyright or privacy;
• bypass usage limits, abuse the API, or use automated tools to overload the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
• interfere with or tamper with advertising shown in the app.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Limits, ads and paid features

The free version has daily usage limits and shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Limits may change. If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before purchase, and purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their refund rules.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that subtitles and translations will be accurate. Projects are stored on your device — keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, or for content you create or publish with the Service.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Ilovadan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu shartlar va Maxfiylik siyosatiga rozilik bildirasiz.
• Subtitrlar sun'iy intellekt yordamida yaratiladi va xato bo'lishi mumkin — e'lon qilishdan oldin tekshirib chiqing.
• Video, audio va subtitrlaringiz o'zingizniki. Audioni faqat subtitr yaratish va tarjima qilish uchun qayta ishlaymiz.
• Noqonuniy kontent, mualliflik huquqini buzish, limitlarni chetlab o'tish va xizmatga hujum qilish taqiqlanadi.
• Bepul versiyada kunlik limit va Google AdMob reklamalari bor.
• Xizmat "boricha" taqdim etiladi. Loyihalar telefoningizda saqlanadi — muhim fayllarning nusxasini o'zingiz saqlang.
• Foydalanish uchun kamida 13 yoshda bo'lishingiz kerak.
